Based in NYC they had their own boutique on Madison Ave but also sold at high end department stores. This evening gown is 100% sequin overlay and the embroidered with gold that look like columns. Shoulder pads, elbow length sleeves, the overlay is non fitted but the dress is. To compensate for the sequin shine the dress is made out of silk chiffon with a couple layers of chiffon itself and a silk taffeta lining. Skirt is full. Zips up the back. Overlay snaps shut. Shoulders 14.5in, sleeve 12in, armhole 8.5in, bust 38in, waist 27in, hips 38in, length 59.5 in. Excellent condition
