its designer Neha Nanubhai (whos modeling it here) created it from duct tape as an entry in the Stuck at Prom Scholarship Contest presented by Duck brand duct tape
I created this dress with inspiration from the cult classic "Pretty Woman"
The person on the left is wearing a strapless dress made of sequins in various colors, while the person on the right is wearing a suit jacket and pants with a similar rainbow pattern
