Description
Dress it up with heels or down with trainers
Pleated strips throughout
I started with a lining from what I think was a cotton/poly broadcloth scrap, sewing boning in the casing down to each seam (roughly, I kinda improvised the boning placement) and then pinning it to the skirt to test the fit
The dress is finished with a playful flounce hem that adds a touch of romantic movement with every step you take
