Condition: Very good, with a frayed spot in the fabric at the bottom of the keyhole and the button loop at the top of the keyhole is a little stretched out but its still functional as is (see close-up photo), and the elastic in the waist is mostly stretched out but there are belt loops so it can be worn with a belt to compensate

I'd like to make it at least 10" longer than it is, however I see that there is a flare to all of the panels in the dress, and I wanted your advice regar
